As both a father of and healthcare provider to trans and queer youth, Thad deeply understands the threats facing LGBTQ+ communities. He is committed to supporting LGBTQ+ individuals in their schools, homes, and workplaces, and fighting back against discrimination of all kinds. In particular, Thad is passionate about eliminating discrimination in healthcare against queer and trans people, including bans on gender-affirming care.
