Thad saw firsthand the Dobbs Decision’s impact in Wisconsin. It is critical that the Wisconsin State Legislature proactively safeguard an expansive view of reproductive rights for all people. Thad will fight for the right to an abortion by codifying Roe in Wisconsin state law and repealing the 1849 law that previously blocked access. He will also fight for reproductive freedom by defending fertility treatments like IVF as well as access to contraception for all.
